How the grades are computed

Collect
Verified student responses are gathered after each exam cycle through the Lucky Bharat rating drive, deduplicated by phone and exam.
- 02
Score
Each response rates the authority on six categories — Integrity, Comms, Experience, Centre, Results, Accountability — from 0 to 100.
- 03
Aggregate
Category averages are weighted equally to produce the /100 score, mapped to a letter grade. Integrity and Accountability flag a 'Critical' verdict when either drops below 30.

Publish
Grades update continuously as new verified responses arrive. Evidence and source links are attached to every failing card.
